  1. Hi my name is Karyn and I live in Australia with my husband and my gorgeous little man, Spencer, who turned 5 last week.

I have been beading since 2003 and started with stringing pieces but in the last 2 years have ventured into beadweaving and bead embroidery.

I also make glass fused cabochons in my microwave kiln which I incorporate into my pieces.

My blog is called Releases by Rufydoof which is a blog about my beading and my life.

Thanks for a great giveaway. I especially have my eye on that cabochon!!

  2. Hi my name is Nicki, I am German, living in Cologne with my honey Nick and my daughter Amelia.
I started beading about 4 years ago, and while my favorite medium is wire, I can't stop trying new stuff.
I have a blog (a bit neglected recently since I was on vacation): nickisreef.blogspot.com and and Etsy store that I just opened (so more pieces to come soon): www.etsy.com/shop/nickisreef.
I am also an Art Bead Scene Carnival Blogger, and my next post will appear in November.
I have a few artisan clay pieces, and I love them all. Thanks for sharing.

  3. My name is Cindy. I live in El Paso, Texas. I make ceramic art beads and sell them at local art fairs and in my etsy shop. I have a blog but haven't posted for a couple of months. I suffered a tragedy a few months ago and I'm attempting to slowly swim back to the surface and see the light. There are a few groups of people that I feel comfortable easing back into and this is one of them. Thanks BoC for being there.

  4. Hello there, My name is Regina. I live with Mike, my husband and my two furry (Boxers) kids, Roxy and Mindy. I was introduced to beading in 2004 by a good friend and have since become seriously addicted. My other job is banking, so beading (for now) is part time. I sell my creations on Ruby Lane and Ruby Plaza. Love to work with natural stones and beads, but am now venturing into other types of beads. I have a blog: reginaswritings.blogspot.com. Love my fellow bloggers and learn a lot from them. Thanks for the great giveaway! Can I win again?

  5. Hi, my name is Kym. I live about 30 minutes from Dallas Tx, with my husband and two of my four children.
I was introduced to beading at a woman's retreat about 10 years ago and I fell in love! I first fell in love with the many choices of natural stones and have since come to appreciate the handmade beads and pendants by numerous talented artists.
I work outside of the home, so I'm only able to bead on the weekends. Although I don't have any pictures of my jewelry posted yet, my blog is http://kymhunterdesigns.blogspot.com/
I am truly grateful to my fellow bloggers, who share their wonderful inspiration and advice.
Thank you for the great giveaway!

  6. Hi...I'm Melinda Orr and have been working with clay since 2007 ,when I purchased my first Firefly kiln on ebay... My husband built my potters wheel & I've been teaching myself along the way... Thank you Beads of Clay forum & You Tube! It's been a fun experience and I'm continually evolving in my work. I also design jewelry and create using clay, metal etching, hammering & stamping, beads and glass . I love to incorporate natural components like leather, wood, fibers etc. I am blessed to be able to do this full time in my garage studio. I have since upgraded my kilns to 3 and hope to convert one into a gas kiln. I have three children 19, 17 & 12 that keep me running in between working and weekend shows. My wonderful husband is very supportive & always lends a hand when I have mechanical issues. Next project for him is a slab roller! I have a blog: orrtec.blogspot.com I post my newest designs, show info and my favorite recipes. My hobbies include gourmet cooking, photography, beginning soapmaker and terrible knitter..lol it's true! My etsy site: orrtec.etsy.com has a few items that I continue to add to every week, but my main selling venue is art &craft shows. I am proud to be a member of this wonderful group. It's been a Godsend for my progress & inspiration!

  9. Hi, I'm Ellen in Singapore. I work full time in the construction industry, though I would love to work full time on crafts :) I have a 13-yr old boy and 2 girls (11, and 8), and they are like me, always drawing and crafting away!

I'm a tatter, though I love to try all sorts of crafts. I teach tatting occassionally when there are people who want to learn, and I also sell my tatted stuff when there are chances. My blog is Singtatter's Corner.

Love your beads, especially the owl!
