Beads 2009 Lots of Clay UPDATE

A while back I blogged about Beads 2009. Today I am writing an update that has the entire roll call of Beads of Clay members who are among the Top Bead Picks for this year.

Roughly counting 89 of the beads picked are ceramic. We certainly have come a long way from the days when the Beads of Clay Yahoo group was founded on Dec. 31, 2003, over 5 years ago.

Fun Etsy Tools

Since many Bocers have Etsy stores, I thought I would mention some fun Etsy tools. The one I like the best is the Google Analytics which tells you how many visitors you have had to your site, who they are and how they got there. In case you haven't signed up for this you can here. You can also use this tool on your website, but much easier to install on Etsy.

I also have enjoyed the Craftopolis-Etsy Treasure Hunt site that lets you know if your work is in a Treasury

Another fun site is the screenshot program that lets you take a screen shot of a Treasury page, especially great when you are in one. Lucid Moon Studio has a great tutorial on how to take a screen shot here.

If you want to know who Hearts your shop you can use this tool from craftcult.com. It also tells you when you were visited and hearted.
